Neubauer Concedes Supreme Court Race to Hagedorn

Lisa Neubauer has conceded the state Supreme Court Race
to Brian Hagedorn and will not seek a recount. Neubauer called Hagedorn this
morning to concede the race, eight days after the election. The vote totals
with 100 percent of votes in showed Hagedorn ahead by 6,000 votes. Canvassing
from the majority of counties in the state showed a change of less than 200
votes in the total. The win for Hagedorn means the conservative majority on the
state Supreme Court will increase from 4-3 to 5-2 when he takes the seat in
August. Conservatives will hold control of the court until at least 2023.
