New Ownership Coming for Johnson Bus

After nearly 40 years of providing transportation to
students in the Fond du Lac School District, a new owner will be taking over
Johnson Bus at the end of February. The school district said in a Facebook post
Tuesday that Landmark Student Transportation will be taking over Johnson Bus services.
The Johnson family has served the district for three generations, and was most
recently run by Dan and Steve Johnson and their sister Judy Holzmann. “We are
thankful for their service and look forward to working collaboratively with
Landmark Student Transportation, another family-owned business,” the post said.
The Johnson family will be working with Landmark during the transition, and the
current staff will continue to be employed. The district says the “Johnson name
will remain on the side of your child’s bus and the same great quality will
continue.”
