NFDL Friendship Learning Center, Other Projects Seeing Progress

The North
Fond du Lac School
District
is seeing tons of progress on several
projects around the community. Construction on the new Friendship Learning
Center
is making large
strides towards completion, and Superintendent Aaron Sadoff is excited about
the future.

Sadoff tells us “they’re pouring concrete so in the spring we can get in there. It should be
done in April. We’re looking at the gym, it’s just awesome – it’s going to have
three full courts and we’re going to be able to host a lot of youth sports and
tournaments not only in basketball but volleyball. And there’s an upstairs
running track, like if you picture the YMCA in Oshkosh, only bigger.”

He adds that “it’s all really going well, we have our elementary staff going in there on Friday to check out the rooms and what they look like, we’ve got some paint going on the walls. So it’s really, really going well. The new secure entrances at Horace Mann is looking good, our new parking and traffic flow is going well.”
