NFDL School Facilities Survey Results Will Be Reviewed

North Fond du Lac Schools Superintendent Aaron Sadoff says they got a pretty good return rate for the survey they sent out about a possible referendum for improvements to district facilities. He says the Facility Committee will hold a meeting at the District Meeting Room on Wednesday, December 14th at 6:30 p.m. to discuss survey results and make some decisions about referendum questions. The district sent out about 1,500 surveys and 12 to 13 percent of them were returned. He says most district residents who did respond indicated they would support a referendum. He says 60 percent said they would do that if there is a minimal impact on taxes. Monday night the school board approved hiring Bray Architects to put together some cost estimates for improvements. In January the school board will decide whether to stage a referendum during the April election.
