NFDL Schools INCubator EDU Program

A new business program at Horace Mann High School in the North Fond du Lac
School District
is
teaching students about entrepreneurship. INCubator EDU is giving students the opportunity
to develop real-world services and products. District Superintendent Aaron
Sadoff says the program will be handing out funding to students to help them
start their business. He says the money isn’t scholarship money, but actual
funds to help students start their business. Sadoff says the district has had good response
to the program from the community and that $37,000 of their $85,000 goal has been
raised so far. That money will go to fully fund a classroom renovation and the
course for the next six years. Donors to the program so far include National
Exchange Bank & Trust, CD Smith Construction, Holiday Automotive and the Fond du Lac Noon Rotary.
