Omro Man Cited for 4th OWI after Crash on I-41

A 30-year-old man from Omro was arrested for his fourth
OWI offense after crashing his car along Interstate 41 in Dodge County early
Thursday morning. The Wisconsin State Patrol was called to the scene just
before 2:30 am. Reports say Vince L. Heath was driving north on I-41 when he
crashed his car into the median near the interchange with State Highway 28. Heath
was found unresponsive in the car and State Troopers had to administer a dose
of Narcan to revive him. He was taken to St. Joseph’s Hospital in West Bend where
a search warrant was obtained for a legal blood draw. The results of that blood
draw are still pending. Assisting at the crash scene were the Washington County
Sheriff’s Office, Kewaskum Ambulance and Kohlsville First Responders.
