One In Custody After Shots Fired In FDL County

 

One man is in custody after a domestic incident Friday
morning in the Township
of Byron.  Lt. Mike Nolan of the Fond du Lac County
Sheriff’s Department says at 2:12am a person called to report shots fired at W5414 Lost Arrow Road.
The caller was able to exit the residence as the person allegedly with the handgun
returned inside.  Fond du Lac County
Sheriff’s Deputies and the sheriff’s department SWAT team responded to the
scene.  After several hours of attempted
phone contact, a negotiator was able to get in touch with the suspect as he
left the home. He was arrested about 7:40am.  The Wisconsin State Patrol and the City of Fond du Lac Paramedics
also responded to the scene.
