One Injured In Car Fire In Town Of Winneconne
One person was injured during a car fire on Highway 116
near Winnebago County Highway M in the Town of Winneconne early Saturday
afternoon. Sheriff’s officials say that person suffered burns while exiting the
car, but the injuries weren’t serious. That person was taken to an area
hospital. The cause of the fire is still being determined. In addition to
Sheriff’s deputies the Winneconne-Poygan Fire Department and Oshkosh paramedics
responded to the scene. The time of the call was 12:14 p.m.
