Open House And Interview Scheduled With NFDL Village Administrator Finalists

The North Fond du Lac Village Board has put together tentative plans for an open house and interviews with the three finalists for the Village Administrator’s job. Current Village Administrator Chuck Hornung says the open house will be on Friday, March 23rd. He says, “They were going to do some kind of preliminary, have the candidates kind of meet staff maybe some local people like our school superintendent maybe the school board president things like that we’d pick and choose some people and have a little bit of an open house.” Interviews would be held on Saturday, March 24th with two panels one made up of administrators from nearby communities and the other consisting of the Village Board. The finalists for the administrator’s position are former Village Trustee John Duffy, Nick Leonard the Village’s Director of Engineering and Planning, and David DeTroye of Kiel who has experience working for municipal government including serving as a public works director.
