Oshkosh Declares Snow Emergency

The City of Oshkosh has declared a snow emergency, which will limit parking on City streets. The snow emergency goes into effect Tuesday morning at 9 a.m. when vehicles will only be allowed to park on the even-numbered side of the street. That will be in effect until Wednesday at noon when vehicles have to be parked on the odd-numbered side of the street. The snow emergency is expected to be lifted at 9 a.m. Thursday. “No Parking” restrictions remain in effect for all vehicles between 2 a.m. and 5 a.m., unless your vehicle has a permit.
