Oshkosh Man Sought For Shooting Incident

An arrest warrant has been issued for a 19-year-old Oshkosh man wanted in connection with a shooting in the 500 block of Hobbs Avenue on July 27th. The warrant for Daniel D. Billings is for 1st degree reckless injury as party to a crime and armed burglary as party to a crime. Police say a 24-year-old Oshkosh man was shot in the back at 523 Hobbs Avenue. He was taken to a hospital with life-threatening injuries. Police say anyone who encounters Billings should use caution and give them a call.
