Oshkosh Man Will Share Badger 5 Jackpot From November

State lottery officials say Douglas Carder of Oshkosh is one of two players who will split the $102,000 jackpot from the Wednesday, November 23 Badger 5 drawing. He purchased the ticket at Blue Moose at 708 West Murdock Avenue in Oshkosh. William Grulke of Windsor was the other winning player.
