Oshkosh Police Dog Sony Retires

Oshkosh Police announced the retirement of one of their police dogs during the City Council meeting Tuesday night. K-9 Sony has been partnered with Officer Brian Denor since 2011. During their six years together the team tracked 24 suspects and did countless drug detections. That led to recovery of 88 pounds marijuana, 133 grams of cocaine, 39 grams of heroin, and nearly 13 grams of methamphetamine. Sony also assisted in seizing over $121,000 in suspected drug money.
