Oshkosh Police Seek Theft By Fraud Suspect

Oshkosh Police are looking for some help identifying a suspect in a theft by fraud case. It happened at a service station in the 1500 block of W. 20th Avenue about 7 p.m. Thursday night. Police have released a photo of a woman who is the suspect in the case. If you can identify her you are asked to call Oshkosh Police at 920-236-5700.
