Oshkosh Schools Locked Down During Reported Armed Robbery

Two Oshkosh schools were locked down Wednesday as Oshkosh Police dealt with a reported armed robbery at Evans Street and East Lincoln Avenue. Due to the proximity of the location to Emmeline Cook Elementary School and Webster Stanley Elementary and Middle School were placed on lock down. Officers determined there was a disturbance in the area between several individuals, but not an armed robbery. One person involved is still at large, but not a threat to the community. The incident happened a little after noon.
