Oshkosh Sex Offender Moving

Oshkosh Police say a 30-year-old sex offender is moving to 141 High Avenue Apartment A today. Samuel Petrusch was convicted of 2nd degree sexual assault in 2006. His victim was a teenage girl. He used a computer to gain access to the victim’s family. Petrusch will be on electronic monitoring. He is a lifetime registrant of the Wisconsin Sex Offender Registration Program.
