Petri Honors Piling Up

The honors continue to pile up for Congressman Tom Petri as he nears the end of 35 years representing Wisconsin’s 6th Congressional District. The latest honor comes from the National Federation of Independent Business, which named the federal lawmaker from Fond du Lac a Guardian of Small Business for his outstanding voting record on behalf of America’s small-business owners in the 113th Congress. NFIB President and CEO Dan Danner praised Rep. Petri for “standing up for small business.” Also this week Petri was honored by the national Meals on Wheels program and he was thanked by the Direct Student Loan Coalition for his support over the years.
