Powerball Winner introduced in Madison

The winner of last month’s
$768-million-dollar Powerball jackpot is no longer an unknown. 24-year-old Manuel Franco says he bought the
winning ticket at a Speedway
gas station.  Franco was introduced Tuesday at a Press Conference in Madison.
It’s the second-largest jackpot ever in the U.S.  Franco says he realized he had the winning
ticket after checking the ten tickets he bought before discarding them.  Franco says he will be taking the
lump sum payout of 477-million. He says the first thing he’s going to do? Take
a break.
