Pre-sentence Investigation Ordered For FDL Murderer

A pre-sentence investigation has been ordered for the 39-year-old Fond du Lac woman found guilty of killing her husband. A Fond du Lac County jury on January 29th found Eve Nance guilty of shooting her husband Tim to death and of hiding his corpse. Judge Gary Sharpe Tuesday ordered the pre-sentence investigation, but a sentencing date hasn’t been set yet. Nance shot her husband Tim in a bathroom in their home on November 1st of 2013. She drove the body down to Milwaukee where she disposed of it at the end of a dead end. The jury’s verdict last month followed about seven days of testimony in the trial.
