Ripon School District Staff Member Tests Positive For COVID-19

Another area school district has announced that a staff member within the district tested positive for COVID-19. Ripon Area School District Superintendent Mary Whitrock said a staff member at Murray Park/Quest Elementary tested positive on Wednesday. The staff member had traveled during spring break, and upon returning home, was not feeling well. 

Whitrock did say that, although the staff member was not from Ripon, they had entered the school building on March 21, to pick up materials after Governor Evers’ had closed down all schools. Whitrock did say the custodial team did a thorough cleaning of the school, and that no parents or students have been allowed into the school since March 13.
