Rosendale Man Involved In Fall From Tree Donating Organs

The 41-year-old Rosendale man who fell 15 feet from a tree stand while he was out hunting Sunday afternoon is donating his organs. Jason Czoschke was in critical condition at Theda Clark Medical Center Monday. His wife Shawna posted on Facebook that Jason had decided to donate his organs and it would take 24 to 36 hours to find a match. She said in the post once a match was found he would be laid to rest. The couple has two girls. Friends and acquaintances posted their messages of support and condolences on Facebook. The accident in the area of Townline Road and Brown Road was reported shortly after 3 p.m. Sunday. Flight for Life flew him to Theda Clark.
