SAGES Flooring An Undiscovered Treasure

While doing some abatement at the SAGES Charter School in Fox Lake, Waupun School District officials discovered some buried treasure so to speak.  District Superintendent Tonya Gubin says floor tiling was being removed when they noticed the previous flooring underneath. She says there was a rich dark-red maroon colored concrete underneath. She says they will polish it up and leave it that way. She says it is gorgeous and fits the theme of the agricultural-environmental school. She says by using that existing flooring they will also save on the costs of improvements at the school, one of the improvements voters approved in a $36 million referendum last November.
