School Threat Suspect Bound Over For Trial

The 17-year-old Fond du Lac boy who allegedly threatened to shoot up the high school last month has been bound over for trial. Carlos Martinez was recently in Fond du Lac County Court for a preliminary hearing. According to the criminal complaint a female student heard Martinez make the threat near the door of a classroom at the end of a class. The threat apparently left the student shaken.
