08-Jul-2014

A sentencing date has been set for the 40-year-old Fond du Lac man who supplied a Town of Springvale man with the heroin that led to the man’s death. Jason Van Norman will be sentenced on September 5th in Fond du Lac County court on 1st degree reckless homicide and manufacturing and delivering of heroin charges. He pled “no contest” to those charges last Tuesday. Other drug-related charges were read into the record and dismissed. Van Norman and 27-year-old Joshua Mulder of Waupun are both suspected of supplying Devin Perry with the heroin that led to Perry’s overdose death in October of 2012. Mulder has a status conference in his case in September.
