Sex Offender Moves Back To FDL

After a brief stay out of state, a 45-year-old sex offender has moved back to Fond du Lac. Richard Forsyth is current staying at 158 E. 2nd Street. He was convicted of 3rd degree sexual assault in 1995 and 2002. His victims were girls he knew from 15 to 18-years-old. He was released from prison in June of 2011. He is on lifetime GPS monitoring.
