Small Fire At Peebles Grill

A small fire was put out at the Peebles Grill on County Highway WH Monday afternoon. Sheriff’s Sergeant Eric Halbach says the fire was on a serving cart near the kitchen. As result of the fire there was smoke and minor damage to the restaurant. The restaurant wasn’t open at the time of the fire. No one was hurt and the cause of the fire was accidental. TheCalumet Fire Department was assisted at the scene by Mt. Calvary, Town of Fond du Lac, Eden, and St. Cloud Fire Departments along with Mt. Calvary Ambulance and Town of Calumet First Responders.  The time of the fire call was 5:14 p.m.
