Springs Football Players Accused Of Disorderly Conduct

Fond du Lac Police dealt with a complaint about some football players from the St. Mary’s Springs Football team Wednesday night at the Pizza Ranch. According to police logs they got a call from the restaurant manager who told officers three of the players had stolen buffet dinners and when they were confronted they did eventually pay for them. The manager also told police the players come in every week and destroy the room they use. Head Coach Bob Hyland was contacted about the issues and told officers he would deal with the individuals. Springs President Kelly Norton sent out an email to parents Thursday morning about the incident. In it she said as they get information on the incident the administration at the academy will manage the situation per the policies outlined in the student handbook and code of conduct.
