State AG Announces EpiPen Settlement

State Attorney General Brad Schimel says Wisconsin will receive over $3.4 million in restitution from Mylan as part of a settlement over underpaid rebates owed to the Medicaid program for the drugs EpiPen® and EpiPen Jr.® dispensed to Medicaid beneficiaries. All 50 states and the District of Columbia were part of the lawsuit. Altogether the state will share nearly $214 million of the total $465 million settlement.
