Suspect ID'd In Local Bomb Threat
The City of Fond du Lac Police Department has identified the suspect responsible for the July 03, 2014, bomb threat at the Mills Fleet Farm Store at 629 Rogersville Road. A seventeen year old male subject of Fond du Lac was identified as the suspect and has admitted to leaving the bomb threat note. The investigation has confirmed that the threat did not involve any type of explosive device or plan. The investigation was led by Detective Mike Mueller. The suspect has been referred to the Fond du Lac County District Attorney’s Office with recommended charges of making a bomb threat (947.015 Class I felony). No additional information is being released at this time pending formal charges.
