Thelma Sign Goes Up

The sign for Thelma Sadoff Center for the Arts which opens September 10-14 was installed Thursday and Friday. Each letter of the THELMA signs weighs over 100 pounds, stands over 2 feet tall, and the name spans 15 feet wide. All letters are made of stainless steel. The sign was designed and installed by Spolar Studios of Milwaukee. Owner Tony Spolar modeled the sign after the THELMA brand including the unfinished A which means there is more to come. There will always be more to do and more to see at Thelma Sadoff Center for the Arts. Photo provided by Thelma Sadoff Center for the Arts.

The Thelma brand has an unfinished "A" signifying that there is more to come? Really? To us uneducated in the "arts", normal folk...it looks silly. I miss the Windhover already.

Growing up, have you ever heard this phrase..."if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all."? What was the point of your comment? Some people put tons of money into something good for the community, and that is your comment? Wow! Get yourself educated in manners.

Way to go Fond du lac. Donate to the community and in a few years somebody donates a few more bucks and you'll get crapped on like the Quadraci family did!
