Thousands Attend Breakfast On The Ruedinger Farm
Thousands attended the annual Breakfast on the Farm at the John Ruedinger Farm in Van Dyne Sunday. Tim McFarlane is the Chairman of the Fond du Lac Area Association of Commerce Board of Directors. He says it’s a great way for about 3,100 people to see the role agriculture plays in their lives. State Senator Rick Gudex was scrambling up eggs only a few feet away from Governor Scott Walker who was serving them in line. Governor Walker says agriculture is an important part of the state’s economy. Governor Walker’s opponent in the fall election Mary Burke was there to. Congressional candidates Duey Stroebel, Joe Leibham and a number of other politicians also donned aprons and worked the food lines.
