Three Charged In Relation To Six Year Old FDL Girls Sexual Assault

Three Fond du Lac residents have been charged in relation to the sexual assault of a six-year-old girl. Forty-one-year-old Shane Berg, 18-year-old Tory Tuinstra, and 40-year-old Ellen Neumann were charged in Fond du Lac County Court Wednesday. Bond was set at $250,000 cash. According to the criminal complaint Berg and Tuinstra both allegedly had sex with the girl and Neumann allowed it to happen. All three lived in two apartments in the 100 block of Ruggles Street. The apartments were separated by a door that was left open. While talking with investigators Tuinstra described the lifestyle in the house as dominance/submissive. He told detectives Berg was the dominant one and went by the name of “Master Wolf.” The victim was also allegedly forced to watch Berg, Neumann and another person have sex. The sexual assaults occurred between June 1st of last year and August 18th of this year. All three have preliminary hearings on September 1st.
