Three Hurt In Dodge County Accident

Three people were hurt in a three vehicle collision involving a semi and two cars in the Town of Beaver Dam Friday afternoon. Dodge County Sheriff’s officials say the accident happened at the intersection of County Highway A and Indian Hills. Forty-five-year-old Judith Haddad of Lindenhurst, Illinios was slowing to turn south when the semi behind here struck her car and pushed it into the other lane of traffic where it was struck by a car being driven by 31-year-old Jennifer Polenska of Waupun. A 9-year-old passenger in Haddad’s car, llan Hurtado suffered severe injuries. Hurtado and Haddad were both flown to the UW Hospital in Madison by Flight for Life. Haddad’s injures were non-life threatening. Polenska was taken to Beaver Dam Community Hospital and later transferred to the UW Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The driver of the semi, 67-year-old Lee Henricksen of Fox Lake, was not injured in the crash.
