Three Indicted For Methamphetamine Possession And Distribution
Federal prosecutors are charging three people, two from the Dodge County area, with drug crimes. A federal grand jury returned an indictment Wednesday against 46-year-old Michael Marks of Juneau, 44-year-old William Marks of Columbus, and 34-year-old Hope Kissinger of Eau Claire.
Michael and William Marks are cousins. Michael Marks was arrested in Beaver Dam and Kissinger in Eau Claire, while William Marks is still at large. The three are charged with possessing and or distributing methamphetamine. Charges stem from investigations conducted by the Wisconsin Department of Justice, Division of Criminal Investigation; Dodge County Sheriff’s Department; Beaver Dam Police Department; West Central Drug Task Force; Columbus Police Department; Columbia County Sheriff’s Department and Waupun Police Department.
