Three Promoted At American Bank

American Bank CEO Jim Chatterton has announced that Gloria Stenz (pictured above) was recently promoted to VP – Chief Operating Officer within the organization. Stenz is in her 40th year with American Bank having advanced through a series of positions with increasing responsibility while “performing her duties in an exemplary manner”, stated Chatterton. Gloria is a native of the area, and resides with her family in Mt. Calvary.

Also announced was the promotion of Kate Thone and Kristine Schroeder to the status of Assistant Vice President. Kate Thone has been an American Bank team member for 25 years, with her more recent duties focused on daily operations. She is an Accredited ACH Professional (AAP), an elite group of professionals recognized for expertise within the field of Automated Clearing House payments. An alumnus of the Leadership Fond du Lac program, Thone currently serves as Board Treasurer for the Family Resource Center of Fond du Lac County. Kate and her family live in Fond du Lac.

In her eleven years with American Bank, Kristine Schroeder has progressed through various roles such as loan processor, lender and office manager. Currently, she serves as Loan Department Manager based at the Fond du Lac office. Kristine brings to the department her expertise in fixed rate lending and underwriting, as well as a background in accounting. She and her family reside in the Mayville area.
