Time Running Out To Purchase Charity Open Raffle Tickets

Less than two weeks remain to purchase a chance to win a new 2015 Ford Escape or a $15,000 cash prize – the first prize in this year’s Agnesian HealthCare Foundation Charity Open. The drawing is set at 8:30 p.m. on Monday, August 17 at the South Hills Golf & Country Club in Fond du Lac.

The second prize is $5,000 cash; third prize is $2,500 cash; fourth prize is $1,500 cash; and fifth place is $1,000 cash. Tickets are four for $150 or $50 each.

The Agnesian HealthCare Foundation is accepting credit card ticket sales by phone. All other purchases will continue to occur face-to-face, without sales by mail.

To help make last minute ticket sales easier, the Agnesian HealthCare Foundation is offering a ticket drive through at the main St. Agnes Hospital entrance from 7 to 9 a.m. on August 17. Interested individuals can pull up to the St. Agnes Hospital main entrance and will be serviced without having to leave their vehicle.

Proceeds from the 2015 Agnesian HealthCare Foundation Charity Open will benefit Agnesian HealthCare’s Hospice Hope services. This year’s event is being led by Dr. Shayne and Nichi Bauer as senior chairpersons, with Dr. Karen Meyer and Kurt Krueger as junior chairpersons.

The mission of hospice is to affirm life and view death as a natural process. Hospice is designed to help patients live the remainder of their lives as fully as possible. An interdisciplinary team of trained professionals work together to deliver hospice services that can make that dream a reality.
