Tornado Victims Had Ties To FDL

Fond du Lac did have a tie to Monday’s tornado in Moore, Oklahoma. One of the youngest victims, 9-year-old Sydney Angle was killed in the EF5 twister that tore through the town. Sydney Angle was the daughter of Dan and Nicole Angle, formerly of Fond du Lac. She went to Plaza Towers Elementary School, which the tornado hit. Sydney was among 10 children killed in the tornado. The Angles moved to Moore for a job opportunity about a decade ago. In addition to losing their daughter their home and possessions were also destroyed by the tornado. Friends have set up the Dan and Nicole Angle Disaster Relief Fund at the Hometown Bank at both the North Peters and Sheboygan Street locations in Fond du Lac. There’s also a Facebook page. At least 24 people were killed and damage estimates are put at more than $2 billion. Facebook photo.

You had the tightest grip of any baby I'd ever felt (you had iron fists!,) the most beautiful eyes I'd ever had the pleasure of staring into, and you were so much fun.. You are so missed and I know I will think about you every time the sun shines... And wish the world had another way every time it rains. I love you babygirl!!! And I'll do my best to help out the loved ones you had to leave behind.. <3

Thank you.
