Traffic Stop In Beaver Dam Results In Footrace, Arrest

Beaver Dam Police had to put on their running shoes early Tuesday morning following a traffic stop. Police had pulled over a vehicle that failed to stop at a stop sign in the 1100 block of Madison St. in Beaver Dam. The driver of the vehicle took off on foot, with Beaver Dam Police locating him a few blocks away on Lake Crest Dr. The driver was taken into custody and charged with OWI 4^th offense, Operating a Vehicle After Revocation as a Result of an OWI, Obstruction, and Failing to Stop at a Stop Sign.
