Trial Gets Underway For FDL Murder Suspect

A jury trial gets underway today in Fond du Lac County for a 39-year-old Fond du Lac woman suspected of shooting her husband to death in November of 2013. Eve Nance is also accused of dumping the body of Timothy Nance in woods in Milwaukee. She reported him missing four days later. She eventually admitted to killing him. According to the criminal complaint Nance shot her husband Timothy over extramarital affairs. He was shot twice in the head. The trial gets underway with jury selection and opening statements. Eight days have been set aside for the trial should it go that long. Judge Gary Sharpe is presiding over the trial.
