Trial Rescheduled For FDL Murder Suspect

The 38-year-old Fond du Lac woman accused of murdering her husband in November of 2013 will be getting a new trial date. It’s the third time a jury trial has been rescheduled for Eve Nance who is accused of shooting her husband Timothy Nance to death in the bathroom of their home on November 1st of 2013. A trial was originally scheduled last summer, then the trial was rescheduled to start June 1st. The attorney representing Nance has asked for time to allow an expert witness to evaluate Nance and go over the case. A motion hearing has been scheduled for Tuesday, May 26th during which a new trial date could be scheduled.
