Two Charged For FDL Gun Scare

Two Fond du Lac men are facing misdemeanor charges for allegedly using a pellet gun to shoot out the windows of a residence on S. Main Street last Thursday afternoon. Thirty-two-year-old Avi Butler and 44-year-old Todd Sutfin who both live on S. Main Street are charged with being party to the crimes of criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct by use of a dangerous weapon. Police closed off a section of S. Main between 8th and 9th Streets after a gun was seen pointed out a window at another residence. It turned out to be a pellet gun. Both were released on signature bonds with an absolute sobriety condition.
