Two FDL Brothers Facing Crack Cocaine Trafficking Charges

Two Fond du Lac men are facing charges for allegedly selling crack cocaine near a daycare center and schools in Fond du Lac. Brothers Isaiah Potts and Xaver Potts (pictured above), both 28 years of age, were both arrested near the intersection of 15th and South Main Streets on Tuesday, March 6th. Fond du Lac County District Attorney Eric Toney says Xaver Potts is facing eight cocaine trafficking and two felony bail jumping charges. He says, “One of them had been arrested on March 6th for eight different cocaine deliveries in Fond du Lac County and then the other one was arrested on the same date and they were actually located near each other.” Isaiah Potts is facing two cocaine trafficking, one cocaine possession charge and three felony bail jumping charges. A search of Isaiah Potts at the County Jail turned up 5.3 grams of crack cocaine. Cocaine trafficking charges were the result of drug sales to undercover officers with the Lake Winnebago Area Meg Unit. Bond was set at $50,000 cash for Xaver Potts and $10,000 cash for Isaiah Potts. Both men have preliminary hearings on Thursday, March 22nd.
