Two Injured After Vehicle Collides with Train in Brandon

Two people are recovering from non-life threatening injuries
after their vehicle collided with a train in Brandon. Around 11:40am Monday morning, the
Brandon-Fairwater Police Department responded to the crash at the railroad
tracks near East Clark Street

One person was pinned inside the vehicle, as the Brandon-Fairwater Fire
Department had to use the jaws for life to extract them. That individual was
flown to Theda Clark
Hospital in Neenah, while the other person was able to
seek medical attention for their injuries. 

The Fond du Lac County
Sheriff’s Office assisted on the call. The crash remains under investigation.
