UW-Oshkosh Assault Suspect Bound Over

One of the men accused in a series of attacks near the
UW-Oshkosh campus is now being bound over for trial. 18-year old Nasir Jackson
waived his right to a preliminary hearing in Winnebago County Court on Monday. Jackson faces three
felony counts of substantial battery and another for theft.

 He and 20-year old
Domonick Strope allegedly attacked four people in the early morning hours of
September 8th, stealing one man’s wallet. Strope faces similar
charges, along with twenty counts of felony bail jumping. Both men are set to
return to court on November 12th
