UW Oshkosh Police Search for Man Accused of Exposing Himself to Students

UW-Oshkosh Police have sent out a warning to students about a man exposing himself on campus three times since the start of October. On Wednesday, the man reportedly exposed his genitals to a woman on the third floor of Polk Library around 2:30am in the morning before leaving the area. 

The only description of the suspect is a black man in his mid-20’s standing about 5-foot-10. In the most recent incident, he was wearing all black clothing and had hiking boots that appeared to be clean and new. A man fitting the same description exposed himself to students outside the library on October 1^st and November 18^th.
