Walleye Weekend Cochair Named

Fond du Lac Festivals, Inc. has announced Terry Davis (above) as the new junior co-chair for Walleye Weekend 2015. Davis will be working alongside senior co-chair Kelly Twohig (pictured below).

Davis, president of Radio Plus Multi Media Center and Record Entertainment DJ Service, holds an abundance of experience with community events. Davis, alongside his wife Jennifer, has chaired for community events like the Heritage Festival of the Arts and St. Mary’s Springs Annual Fund Campaign. Davis has 4 children Hannah, Luke, Ike and Emma and has lived in Fond du Lac for most of his life.

“Fond du Lac is blessed to have sponsors and volunteers that pull this free event together,” Davis said. “There is a lot more work to Walleye Weekend than meets the eye. I look forward to sharing stories with the community at large of what it takes to make this festival work and showing lots of appreciation to volunteers and sponsors. ”

Davis looks forward to working alongside Twohig to help creating another successful Walleye Weekend.

“I hope everyone that attends gets a positive feel for what the event in itself offers—and appreciation for it,” Davis said. “I look forward to working with Kelly because she is a is a great spokesperson for her profession and a leader within our community.”

Their experience as community leaders will help us showcase our new and exciting venues (stay tuned); along with our traditional offerings of another weekend of great family fun.”
