Waupun Correctional Inmates Charged with Distributing Drugs

Three inmates are accused of distributing illegal substances
at Waupun Correctional Institution. 34-year old Matthew Loverude, 24-year old
Matthew Newton, and 20-year old Tremaine Rogers all face felony counts of
Manufacturing and Delivering Heroin as Party to a Crime – while Rogers faces two
additional counts of Possession of Cocaine and Marijuana.

A cell search
reportedly turned up three small balloons that reportedly tested positive for
the drugs, and Rogers
admitted to having them. He then identified the other two as his main source of
the drugs.

Loverude and Rogers appeared in court Monday, while Newton is set to appear next month.
