Waupun Man Sentenced In Drug Death


A 26-year-old Waupun man was sentenced in Fond du Lac County Court yesterday for the heroin overdose death of a Town of Springvale man. Joshua Mulder pled “no contest” to a heroin trafficking charge and “not guilty” to a 1st degree reckless homicide charge stemming from the death last October 12th of Devin Perry. Judge Robert Wirtz sentenced Mulder to 315 days in jail, 5 years of probation and 3 years of extended supervision. A 3 year prison sentence was imposed and stayed.

He already messed up. He killed someone! Drug dealers should be made to give up their sources or locked away for life.

I'm sure the 26 year old did not make the other man inject a needle into his arm. Everyone knows if you take heroin you are gambling with your life.They were most likely both addicted and one purchased some from the other.It is sad someone had to die before the road to recovery began.

When will bartenders be held to the same standards as drug dealers in related deaths?
