We Have Your Back
Police, firefighters and 1st
responders in Fond du Lac County were treated New Year’s Eve by a few members of
the community. Tom Wilhelms and Jill Niddel decided to treat firefighters and
police officers with pizza, cookies and soda for the service they provide to the
community. They say they were simply giving back to those who have our backs.
The sheriff’s department including dispatchers and officers in the jail also
shared in the kindness. Ledgeview Lanes and Charter Communications were more
than happy to pitch in with the effort when told of the idea. It’s hoped the
