Weekly Gas Price Report : Little Change in Prices at the Pump This Week

Another week, another report of nearly steady gas price
numbers in both Wisconsin and across the nation. Triple-A says the average
price of a gallon of regular unleaded gas was down a penny to $2.38 this week
in Wisconsin, with the price nationwide dropping two cents to $2.60.

Drivers in Fond du Lac County are seeing an average price
at the pump of $2.31 a gallon, with Washington County seeing the lowest price
in the state at $2.24. Washburn County and Ashland County in northern Wisconsin
have the highest price at the pump this week at $2.65.

Around the nation, drivers in California continue to feel
the pain at the pump – with an average cost of $3.96 a gallon. Louisiana and
Mississippi have the lowest price at $2.21 a gallon.
